1. Who we are and acceptance
Munavo (the “service”) is operated by HAZ Motorsport (United Kingdom). Using the service — with or without an account — constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — including, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Estimates only
All outputs of the service — fees, taxes, profits, margins, scores, break-even figures and suggestions — are estimates produced from the inputs you provide and rate tables that may be out of date or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying fees, taxes and profitability against official sources before acting on any figure shown.
4. No professional advice
Nothing in the service constitutes financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Consult a qualified accountant or adviser about your own circumstances, including your VAT or sales-tax position. The service models standard VAT accounting; other schemes (for example the Flat Rate Scheme or margin schemes) behave differently.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You may create one account for your own business use. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not: attempt to access other users' data; probe, disrupt or overload the service; scrape or bulk-extract the service's rate tables or content for a competing product; resell access; or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; you can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page.
6. Free plan, Pro subscription and trial
The calculator is free to use. Munavo Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual, prices shown on the pricing page) adding features such as saving, comparison, imports and cloud sync. New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial: a payment card is required up front, you are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before the trial ends means you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.
7. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never hold your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep Pro access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable — if you believe you've been charged in error, contact hello@munavo.co.uk and we'll put it right. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before they take effect.
8. Availability and your data
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If your Pro subscription ends, your saved data is retained and read access remains, but Pro features stop; you can export your data at any time from your account page. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage — including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its outputs, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Third-party rates
eBay and Shopify fee rates, names and policies are the property of their respective owners, change without notice, and Munavo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained in sync with either platform. The “rates verified” date shown in the app records when the built-in rate tables were last checked; rates may have changed since.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms materially change, we'll bump the version number and date at the top of this page and re-show the notice banner in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you use the service as a consumer you keep any protections and venue rights your local law gives you.
