1. Who we are

Munavo is operated by HAZ Motorsport (United Kingdom). Questions about this policy or your data: hello@munavo.co.uk.

2. What we collect — and what we don't

Without an account, the calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your product costs, prices and settings are stored in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.

If you create an account, we store: your email address, your saved product calculations, and your business settings (for example your VAT registration status and target margin). That is the complete list — we do not collect names, addresses, payment details, analytics profiles or advertising identifiers.

3. Why we process it

Account data is processed to provide the service you signed up for — signing you in and syncing your saved products and settings across devices (UK GDPR lawful basis: performance of a contract). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Where it's stored

Account data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which processes it on our behalf under its data-processing terms. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and stored only as secure hashes — we never see them.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Delete your saved products at any time from within the app, or email us to have your account and all associated data deleted entirely.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. The app uses your browser's local storage for your calculator inputs, settings and disclaimer acknowledgement, and Supabase sets the tokens needed to keep you signed in. Clearing your browser storage removes the local copies.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@munavo.co.uk to exercise any of these.

8. Changes

If this policy materially changes, we'll bump the version number and date at the top of this page.
